The project is structured as:

• Parent: Budhihal Base Foundation (GIFT IFSC, India) – preserving the India story.
• Subsidiary: Budhihal Base Foundation (Singapore CLG) – executing NFT mint under MAS clarity.

NFTs are self-minted on the official website of Ramesh Budhihal, purchased in USDC/ETH with optional fiat on-ramps (Transak, Moonpay).

Each NFT combines:

• Utility — Redeemable (2035–2050) for coaching hours.
• Collectibility — Artwork capturing Ramesh’s legacy.
• Legacy — Even after redemption, NFT remains a cultural collectible.
