Budhihal Base NFTs are digital collectibles. They are not financial products, securities, or investment instruments regulated under Singapore law. By minting or purchasing a Budhihal Base NFT, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Collectible Nature

• Each NFT represents one (1) hour of private surf coaching with Ramesh Budhihal, redeemable during 2035–2050.
• After redemption, the NFT remains in your wallet as a digital artwork and cultural collectible.
• NFTs do not entitle you to dividends, profit-sharing, or financial returns.

2. No Investment or Profit Guarantee

• Budhihal Base NFTs are not investments.
• The Foundation does not guarantee any resale value or market demand.
• Secondary market prices may rise or fall significantly, and liquidity is not assured.

3. Redemption Terms

• Redemption is limited to the period 2035–2050.
• Redemption capacity is capped at ~667 hours per year; if demand exceeds supply, requests may roll into later years.
• If Ramesh is unavailable, certified substitute coaches may deliver sessions.
• NFTs not redeemed by 31 December 2050 permanently lose their utility, but remain collectibles.
